  • Exchange programmes: how to register?

    Do you wish to study for a few months in a French university? UCO has had exchange agreements with a host of higher education institutions across Europe and overseas for many years now. Each year our Angers campus welcomes 200 exchange students that take advantage of exchange opportunities such as Erasmus+.

    REGISTRATION PROCESS TO STUDY AT UCO

    1 | Download and complete the registration form

    2 | You will also need the following documents to complement your registration:

    • The Learning agreement available from your home university, if you come to UCO under Erasmus+
    • This specific Learning Agreement if you come under another programme

     

    3 | Send the whole registration package to:

    Deadlines: your application should be received by

    • 31st May for 1st semester registration
    • 30th November for 2nd semester registration 
     
    OFFICIAL UNIVERSITY CALENDAR
    1st semester

    Your application should be received in full no later than 31st May 2017
    All exchange students are convened to a welcome meeting on 5th September 2017, 10.00 am, at the Pôle International (in the Palais Universitaire)
    International Welcome and Orientation Week: 5-8 September (attendance is mandatory)
    All Saints’ Day holidays (mid-term): from 28th October to 5th November inclusive
    Christmas holidays: from 23rd December to 3rd January 2018 inclusive
    Examination period: 4-13 January 2018

    2nd semester

    Your application should be received in full no later than 30th November 2017
    All exchange students are convened to a welcome meeting on 10th January 2018, 10.00 am,  at the Pôle International (in the Palais Universitaire)
    International Welcome and Orientation Week: 10-12 January (attendance is mandatory)
    Winter holidays (mid-term): from 24th February to 4th March inclusive
    Spring holidays: 21-29 April
    Examination period: 2-19 May 2018
